Lupica Movers sent over two great crew members that were so focus like they were packing a suitcase full of their most delicate possessions. I'm feeling good about my stuff. I would have given 5 stars but the scheduled arrival was in the latter part of the day, which caused their work to exceed past evening. No fault of the guys but reflective of the scheduler and me not specifying clearly a request for a morning move. Overall I highly recommend Lupica Movers for pricing, professionalism and the care of my personal items.
10/10 experience and i would happily recommend them to everyone i know and use them again for future moves. the movers were incredibly efficient while being respectful towards my belongings, they put my boxes and furniture where instructed, and were quite accommodating. they were even finished an hour early!
This company by FAR has been the BEST movers we have ever had and we have moved A LOT of times!!!! They were very friendly, super fast, arrived right on time and done in 2 hours...we lived on the Lower Mainland and moved to Merritt and our furniture arrived in Merritt same day very quickly!! Can't say enough how impressed we were with everything and how smoothly the move went, totally stress free....we HIGHLY recommend this company and to top it all off we payed less than what the estimated quote was , so that was a awesome surprise at the end.....cost us the same for a local move in the past...5 stars for this company in every way!!!!! I hardly write reviews but I was so happy with my experience, I had to share! I was nervous engaging Lupica Movers at first because I thought the price tag was a bit much. I then shopped around and found them to be comparable. Now that my move is behind me I believe it was worth every penney and I would choose Lupica Movers again.
These folks are great; from getting a quote from the coordinator to having the 3 guys show up at my home to move all my stuff (and nothing was broken). They were courteous, respectful and they communicated well. I was very stressed about my move and one of them reassured me by saying that this is what they do and they will take care of everything - AND THAT THEY DID! Thank you so much to all involved for making my move stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving.
While the actual pick-up/delivery men were skilled and appropriately careful as well as respectful, we were disappointed with the pricing. We had furniture moved on an interstate route. We were led to believe that an add-on piece of furniture would be far less than it turned out to be. We found out about the charge when the bill came. We called, since we were sure it was a mistake. It was not. We felt we were significantly overcharged and therefore were taken advantage of. We will not recommend this company in the future and will tell the real estate agent who recommended them to us, not to do so again. This was a disappointing financial experience.
